Our reed diffusers last 70–90 days depending on scent. Cookie Chocolate and Lavender last up to 90 days; lighter fruity scents last 70–80 days. Room size and ventilation also affect longevity.
Yes. No open flame, and our fragrance oils are safe for home environments. Keep bottles out of reach of small children and avoid direct skin contact with the oil.
Each diffuser comes with 8 reeds. Insert all 8 for maximum fragrance, or fewer for a lighter scent in smaller rooms.
The bottles are not designed for refilling as the reeds become saturated over time. We recommend purchasing a new diffuser for the best experience.
Ordering & Payment
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, Visa/Mastercard, Cash on Delivery (Douala/Yaoundé orders under XAF 50,000), and bank transfers.
At checkout, select MTN Mobile Money and enter your phone number. You will receive a USSD prompt — enter your MoMo PIN to confirm. Order processes within 2 minutes.
You can modify or cancel within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us via WhatsApp. After 1 hour, orders may already be in processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes — free delivery for all orders to Douala and Yaoundé. Nationwide delivery is available at a flat rate. Contact us for specific costs to your city.

Yes. Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. Track anytime at our Order Tracking page using your order number and email.
Returns & Exchanges
7-day return window for unopened, unused diffusers in original packaging. Damaged or defective items are replaced immediately at no cost.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days with your order number and photos. We arrange collection and process refunds within 3 business days.
