Our Return Policy

✅ We offer a 7-day return window for all unopened, unused products in original packaging. For damaged or defective items, we offer immediate free replacement.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Eyfel purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Contact us within 7 days — Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

Send photos — For damaged or defective items, share photos of the product and packaging.

We arrange collection — Our team will arrange pickup from your location at no additional cost.

Refund or exchange — Processed within 3 business days of receiving the item, via your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be: unopened and unused, in original packaging with all accessories, returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Processing Times

MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money: 1–2 business days. Bank transfers: 3–5 business days. Card payments: 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
