1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Eyfel Cameroon website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Central African Francs (XAF). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels.
We strive to accurately represent our products. Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings.
- All reed diffusers are 110ml with 8 reeds included
- Fragrance longevity: up to 90 days under normal conditions
- Products are 100% authentic Eyfel brand, crafted in Turkey
- We reserve the right to limit quantities per order
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely.
For Mobile Money payments: you will receive a USSD prompt on your registered phone number. Payment must be completed within 5 minutes of initiation.
- Order confirmation sent to your email upon successful payment
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud
- Payment must be completed before orders are processed
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days
4. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Cameroon. Free delivery is available for orders to Douala and Yaoundé. Standard delivery fees apply for other regions.
- Douala & Yaoundé: 1–2 business days
- Other major cities: 2–4 business days
- Rural areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.
- Item must be unopened and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return
- Refunds processed within 3–7 business days of receiving returned item
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Eyfel Cameroon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eyfel Cameroon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.
