Important Shipping Notes

• Delivery to physical addresses only; customer must be available.
• Maximum 2 delivery attempts; customer contacted on 2nd failure.
• Fragile packaging—handled with care.
• No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• You will receive a WhatsApp notification with driver details before delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link, or our Track Order page, to follow your order status in real time.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

7 days from delivery date.

Eligible Returns

• Damaged or Defective Product — photo proof required.
• Wrong Item Delivered — full refund or replacement.
• Sealed/Unopened Product — any reason, within 7 days.

Non-Eligible Returns

• Opened or used products (fragrance exposed).
• Products beyond the 7-day return window.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
• Products without original packaging.

Return Process

1. Initiate Return — contact us via WhatsApp or your account dashboard.
2. Admin Review — we review your request within 24 hours.
3. Return Logistics — arrange pickup or drop-off at a designated point.
4. Refund Processed — within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Timeline

• Mobile Money Refunds: 24–48 hours.
• Card Refunds: 5–10 business days (Stripe processing).
• Refund Amount: Full purchase price (minus delivery fee if applicable).
