Products & Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in Central African CFA francs (XAF) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we contact you to verify details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Stock is subject to availability.
Payment
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Stripe card payments and Cash on Delivery (Douala & Yaoundé). Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates. See our Shipping & Returns page for details. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are for home fragrance use only. Keep away from children and pets. We are not liable for misuse of the product.
